CoachSalwan is a strong proponent of lifelong learning, firmly believing that anyone can achieve great things with the right mindset, skills, and practice. He sees individuals as unique beings with untapped potential, which can be discovered through self-awareness. CoachSalwan is passionate about helping people realize their hidden abilities and encourages them to continually grow intellectually. His dedication to personal growth motivates him to inspire others to embrace their potential and embark on a lifelong journey of learning and self-discovery.
Completing his Master's Degree in Educational Psychology, CoachSalwan has gained over 25 years of diverse experience in both the private and public sectors, encompassing real estate, semiconductors and higher learning education. This extensive background has equipped him with the resilience and adaptability necessary to overcome professional and personal challenges.
Certified as a Master Practitioner in the Take Charge! Learning Facilitator System and a trainer endorsed by the HRDF, his skill extends to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Having undergone intensive NLP training under esteemed master trainers Laureli Blyth and Dr. Heidi Heron, CoachSalwan not only continuously studies NLP but also empowers others with these invaluable skills.
A recipient of the Professional Certificate for Entrepreneurship Educators through the ProCEEd Program by Ministry of Higher Learning, and an accredited Certified Virtual LearnCaster (VLC) by EnSync Learning & Performance, CoachSalwan excels in implementing innovative methodologies and strategies for effective learning sessions. His expertise is further solidified by his training in Train for Trainers, and Accelerated Learning Methodologies (A Skilled-Based Program with Outdoor Management Development) through Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
CoachSalwan acknowledges Professor Abd. Karim Alias is his mentor, providing invaluable guidance on the technical and methodological aspects of digital-based Teaching and Learning (T&L). He also holds certificates in Coaching Skills (CCS) and Business Coaching (CBC) from the esteemed Center for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR), SME Bank Group, recognizing the effectiveness of coaching in unlocking individuals' potential.

Having successfully completed all four stages of this training program, namely ESQ Basic, Mission Statement & Character Building, Self Control & Strategic Collaboration, and Total Action, he has attained a thorough understanding of the essential principles and practices encompassed within each stage.
CoachSalwan's unwavering commitment to lifelong learning, vast experience in facilitation skills, educational psychology acumen, coaching proficiency, and leadership capabilities make him an invaluable catalyst for personal growth. By creating impactful learning experiences, CoachSalwan empowers individuals to embrace their full potential and embark on extraordinary journeys of self-discovery.
He is a staunch believer in the principles of sharing knowledge and learning together. He is also very excited to share his inspiration with others as he believes in the concept of 'the blessing of knowledge and the happiness of giving'.

CoachSalwan enjoys traveling with his beloved wife and two sons. He enjoys the concept of traveling in a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) manner due to the unique traveling challenges that arise. He had arranged DIY trips to Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Holland, Portugal, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. Apart from sharing his experiences during motivational sessions for the new pilgrims to Mecca and Medina, he also shared his experiences in a blog named Airmata di Tanahsuci.
